Frida named finalist at the Digital Beauty Awards 2026

We are delighted that Frida, the AI project we developed for Gema Herrerías, has been selected as a finalist in the Digital Beauty Awards 2026, in the category of Best Online Training Platform or Initiative in the Beauty Industry.

Congratulations, Gema Herrerías! Being named a finalist is already an achievement and a reason to celebrate. This coming Thursday, we’ll find out whether Frida becomes the winning project in its category.

Frida is an AI assistant that we developed for Gema Herrerías, capable of providing guidance on the most suitable skincare routines and products based on each user’s needs.

Since its launch six months ago, it has handled more than 25,000 advisory conversations, generated over 100,000 responses, and achieved a satisfaction rate of 88%.

Frida has provided support on skincare routines, facial care routines, specific product recommendations, and advanced skincare regimens.

It is a multilingual assistant that helps users regardless of their language, having assisted customers from more than 15 different countries.

In addition, it works hand in hand with the Gema Herrerías team, helping them optimize response times and, consequently, user satisfaction. It has contributed to saving more than 12,000 hours of customer service time and has also helped strengthen the brand’s relational model by improving availability (24/7, 365 days a year - a high percentage of interactions take place outside standard business hours) and supporting the growth of the brand’s owned email database, allowing users to continue receiving information and updates from the company.

This is a project that we have developed closely alongside the client, continuously improving the assistant’s training and thoroughly enjoying the journey.
